• Nigeria used the mount of $2 billion in 2023 ($400 millions in 1977) of its oil money to organize FESTAC 77; Senegal will use $1 billion of its oil money to organize the FESMAN 2024.

• China, which gave us the Dakar Grand Theater, the Dakar Museum of Black Civilizations and the Dakar National Wrestling Arena, is a partner of the FESTIVAL MONDIAL DES ARTS NEGRES. It will supply 500 10m/5m LED CINIMAS to watch the Kunta Kinte movie by the writer Alex Haley.

• Literature: “Les Editions Renaissance - The Renaissance Editions” publishing house will be created with FESMAN 2024.

• The Renaissance Foundation will give 100 prizes of 3 millions to young artists to promote the arts. “Karim Meissa WADE.

• Fesman 2024 will finance a Music Studio in Pikine for young people.

• Fesman 2024 will finance a Sewing School in Ndiamsyl Peye.

• The Fesman 2024 will see the extension of the Alif Lam MIM movie Studios.

• Accommodation, catering and transport for guests will be provided by the State of Senegal.

• At least one plane will leave every African country and diaspora to come to Fesman 2024.

• Underwater boats will be deployed around Goree Island.
